Before writing in about a stuck download, it helps to double-check that the video is still public — a deleted or private clip can't be processed by any downloader, including this one. If the link is public and it's still failing, let us know which page you were on (Video, MP3, or one of the SnapTik-style or ssstiktok-style pages) and we'll take a look.
What to expect after you send a message
Your message goes straight into our inbox — there's no ticket number or automated queue to track. Choosing the right reason from the dropdown (bug report, general question, feedback, or something else) helps us route it to the right place faster, but it's not required if you're not sure which fits.
For anything unrelated to ReelsTik itself — TikTok account issues, content takedown requests, or questions about TikTok's own policies — we'd recommend reaching out to TikTok directly, since we don't have visibility into or control over TikTok's platform.

- A link won't process. Usually caused by a private or deleted video — send us the page you used and, if you can, confirm whether the video still plays when you open it directly on TikTok.
- The downloaded file looks wrong. Wrong thumbnail, missing audio, or a file that won't open — these are rare, but worth reporting with the approximate time you tried it, since it helps us trace what happened.
- A feature suggestion. If there's something ReelsTik doesn't do yet that you think it should, we read every suggestion even if we can't reply to each one individually.
- A general question. About how the tool works, what happens to the links you submit, or anything covered on the About and Privacy pages.
